Key Ingredients & Their Functions

•        Whey protein blend (concentrate, isolate): protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.¹

•        Ca-HMB: a leucine metabolite that supports muscle protein maintenance.²

•        Amino acid blend (L-glutamine, BCAA 2:1:1, L-arginine, L-taurine, L-carnitine): building blocks for protein synthesis and normal metabolism.³

•        Isomaltulose: a carbohydrate that is digested and absorbed more slowly than sucrose, giving a steadier release of energy.⁴

•        Maltodextrin, MCT and oleic sunflower oil: readily used sources of energy.⁵

•        Soluble fibre (Sunfiber® PHGG): supports normal bowel function.⁶

•        Alpha-lipoic acid: a naturally occurring compound with antioxidant properties.⁷

•        Probiotics: support digestion.⁸

•        Vitamins and minerals: a full spectrum of micronutrients, with %RDA referenced to ICMR-NIN 2020.
